TriVision Studios Welcomes Ani Dasgupta, CEO of WRI, Who Shares Stories That Will Shape 2023
What are the actions that governments, businesses, institutions, and people must take to get people, nature, and climate on the right path?
This is one of the questions, Ani Dasgupta, President and CEO of World Resources Institute (WRI), addressed in a worldwide video presentation earlier this year when he came into TriVision Studios to film the WRI “Stories to Watch in 2023” event.
WRI is a global research non-profit organization with over 2,000 staff members who are working to solve the world’s greatest challenges. Established in 1982, WRI’s activities are focused on seven areas: food, forests, water, energy, cities, climate and ocean.
In this presentation, which was pre-recorded and streamed to thousands globally, Dasgupta, shared the four critical stories that will shape this upcoming year. In Ani’s own words: “We think these stories will drive the direction the world is heading. The big question is, will these remain just stories, or will they unleash the systemic shifts that the world really needs?”
