An LED-backed, multi-day production for LocalEyes
LocalEyes brought Zapier’s remote conference production to TriVision Studios in Chantilly, Virginia. Over a September 13 setup and September 14–16 filming schedule, Studio A’s LED stage provided a flexible setting for presentations and conversations, supported by camera, lighting and technical resources.

The client and the goal
Zapier develops software that connects applications and automates workflows. LocalEyes was the production company working for Zapier; TriVision provided the studio and technical production resources. The assignment was a prerecorded program for a remote conference, with presenters and interviews filmed over multiple days.
The production needed an environment where the program’s visual content could appear behind people on camera, along with a team and schedule that could support multiple setups. LocalEyes directed the production while Zapier’s team supplied program content and final assets for playback.

Preparing the LED stage
Studio A’s LED wall, elevated stage and lighting grid formed the main setting. The supplied photographs show a presenter at a branded lectern, a seated interview and the cameras and crew positioned in front of colorful graphic environments. These were distinct compositions within one studio production.

From prep day to filming
The schedule separated a September 13 setup and preparation day from filming on September 14, 15 and 16. Keeping the main setup in place across the filming days was part of the production plan, giving the team a consistent starting point as presenters and interview arrangements changed.
TriVision’s documented scope included the studio and LED wall, camera packages and operators, LED technical support, lighting support and production coordination. The work order identified two Sony FX6 or comparable camera packages with operators and a dedicated LED technician. Studio B was included as a basic rental on the final filming day.

A workflow beyond the set
The preparation was not limited to how the stage looked. The production plan included testing wall content and maintaining the camera and studio workflow through the multi-day schedule. Daily media offloading to client-provided drives was included in the scope, connecting capture to the handoff of production materials.
The photographs show both the visible outcome and the space around it: a graphic-led presenter setup, a seated conversation, production equipment and the wider studio environment. The set was designed to support a remote program, but the available evidence does not establish audience size, campaign reach or business performance.
The result
The completed production brought together a multi-day studio schedule, LED backgrounds and camera support for a prerecorded remote-conference program. TriVision’s role was to provide and support the studio environment; LocalEyes and Zapier retained responsibility for their program and creative direction.
